Molding
Customized molded technical parts in silicone, rubber, and polyurethane.
We have several casting machines and a capacity to produce molds according to your needs. We can offer you a personal design and small and medium series production after validating the prototype.
Confectioning
Customized technical parts in silicone and rubber, manually processed out of standard that cannot be realized by molding.
Calendaring
Vulcanized silicone or rubber sheets in cloth grain or smooth appearance through customized thicknesses, creations of joints, cuts and reinforcements of parts and rectifications.
Projection
We are equipped with high performance equipment, allowing us to spray various elastomers on all parts, regardless of their dimensions. This technique leads to thin coatings and complex parts. Customized Technical Polyurethane Parts
Polyurethane is characterized by its remarkable properties: good mechanical resistance, non-stick, durability, elasticity and constant roughness. It is the ease of molding and polymerization of this material, its resistance to abrasion, tearing, load and ozone and its high wear resistance that have made its high performance and its exceptional reputation in the plastics industry. This material is antistatic, semi-conductive, with a low coefficient of friction. It can be carried out in a wide range of hardness from 50 shores A to 99 shores A.

Customized Technical Rubber Parts
Known for its remarkable elastic properties and dynamic behavior: up to 700% elongation at break, and a very high resistance to abrasion and tearing, rubber is the only elastic material, which is resistant to temperature and a multitude of fluids. NR is widely used in all areas of industry. It is non-slippery and easy to shape through molding and can be cut easily. It can also be welded with a resistant polyurethane glue or with a polyurethane resin.
